Founder’s Biography

　After graduating from university in 1995, he began his career in sales at Fuji Xerox. He later held senior sales leadership roles at the Japanese subsidiaries of major U.S. IT companies such as Symantec, Microsoft, and Salesforce, contributing significantly to revenue growth. Recognized for his achievements, he was appointed President of the Japan subsidiary of U.S.-based IT company Precisely, where he successfully grew the company’s revenue tenfold over five years.

　Subsequently, he became the President of the Japan subsidiary of EnterpriseDB, another U.S.-based IT company. However, driven by a strong desire to help more—especially Japanese—companies grow their revenue, he decided to strike out on his own.

　In January 2024, he founded Bay Area Networks Inc., where he now works as the founder, supporting sales transformation and strengthening sales capabilities for companies engaged in B2B sales.
